Appearance Ougi is rather petite at 150 cm (4'11"), with pale skin, dark hair, and pitch black eyes. Looks like a normal (if slightly unsettling), fairly androgynous high schooler.
Abilities Ougi is OP as fuck, to the extent that there is no point in trying to make a list of abilities. Name just about anything and they can do it. They're a huge supernatural mess; however, any "pings" are probably obscured by the general uncertainty of their nature.
About There's a weird uncertainty about her presence that can make people readily accept things that contradict what's previously been established about her. She claims you told her something you have no memory of? Wait, maybe she's right. Ougi's always presented herself as a schoolgirl, but suddenly claims to be a young boy? Wait, maybe Ougi was always a boy. (OOCly I realize this can get kinda godmodey so please feel free to play with it as much or as little as you want!)
